To take part you need to be registered. If you have played in previous sweeps your account details have been transferred for convenience. You can also reset your password!

Once registered you will predict the scores AND team progression for each stage of the competition.
For your entry to go live the entry fee is £10. All entry fees go into the prize pot.
When the competition starts points will be awarded for each game (win/draw; goals scored; correct team going through to the next round).
The prize pot will be split as follows: 40% First place; 30% Second place; 20% Third place; 10% Nearest to total goals scored.
If there are tied point scores that part of the fund will be shared.

Your predictions are complete when ALL the buttons are 100% green!

The rankings are from the FIFA country calculations (amazingly complex).
If a game goes to penalties the score used will be the score after extra time.
There are no checks that your knockout choices correlate with your pool game predictions.
You are free to change your predictions up until the opening game kicks off (8pm 11th Jun BST).
Recent men's FIFA World Cups have maintained a consistent average of roughly 2.6 to 2.7 goals per game.
If you predict the win or draw correctly: 5 points
If you predict the correct score (home and away team): 5 points for each
If you predict the score within 3 either way you get a credit reduced by the gap.
If you predict the correct team in the correct slot in the knockout stages: 5 points
If you predict only one correct team in the knockout stages the credit is reduced:
win/draw = 3 points; and for the correct team ONLY
the 3 point sliding scale will be applied to the score
